Hlboka 7

One of Vectra Groups´s big development projects in Slovakia is the Hlboka 7 complex. A heritage building of uncommon grandeur and elegance which has been sensitively restored to create a living space of distinction in the flourishing city of Bratislava. Hlboka 7 Residence is a gated secure residence, offering 26 apartments for rent, underground parking spots, a spa, an exclusive Ravissant shop and a range of restaurants like Bakchus or Benihana within its grounds. Each apartment has been designed giving unsurpassed attention to detail and quality. All apartments benefit from double height reception rooms, as well as a terrace and/or winter garden.

Pre-existing situation & UTCFS's role

Before reconstruction works took place at the magnificent Hlboka 7 luxury apartment building, the management team needed to ensure that the development met all of the current building safety requirements. During its previous life, this historical building served as a hospital. Due to the change of the building to a luxury apartment house, it was paramount to design a security solution that satisfied the stringent demands of prominent customers. UTC Fire & Security, together with its local engineering partner, proved best placed to achieve this with their state-of-the-art fire detection and access control technology. UTCFS's solution

The access control and intrusion detection system is provided through UTC Fire & Security’s ATS platform, integrating both applications in one single hardware platform. This robust, scalable and reliable platform offers a cost efficient way managing these two security applications through the same system. Furthermore, the FP2864 fire detection panel has been placed. Operating on four networked control panels, this fire detection system operates more than 120 detectors and manual call points. UTC Fire & Security digital recorders (DVSRxU) are in place, connecting over 25 digital cameras. These cameras, strategically placed throughout the Hlboka 7 luxury apartment building, make sure that any unwanted incident can be easily monitored by security personnel at the reception area. Having this integrated solution in place Hlboka 7 can provide their residents and work force the level of security and safety they deserve.
